Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. Your Apple ID payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Apple handles all payment processing, ensuring your financial information remains secure.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Plan Changes & Upgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the app. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Feature Limits & Fair Use

All plans are subject to fair use policies. Monthly limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. AI-generated content requires processing time and may be subject to availability during peak usage periods. Pro plan users receive priority processing.

Data Retention

Free accounts: Study materials retained for 30 days after last activity. Plus accounts: Study materials retained for 90 days after subscription ends. Pro accounts: Study materials retained for 180 days after subscription ends. You can export your flashcards, notes, and other content at any time through the app settings.
